Plan Your Event at Camp Wagner

  1. Submit Your Reservation Application – Complete the Online Reservation Application , or fill out the PDF application and send it via email to campwagner@lrcsda.com or mail it to: Camp Wagner

  2. Once Camp Staff have received you application we will connect with you regarding pricing and availability. As reservations are first come basis, events on our calendar may not be fully up to date. We ask groups to have an alternate date in mind when planning.
  3. Submit Your Deposit – Reservation dates are not held until your $100 deposit is received. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Receive and Sign Your Contract – Once your deposit is received, we will send you a formal contract. Your reservation will be officially confirmed only after we receive your signed contract .
